3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.5 Account Closure

Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed or forfeited, and all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. 556bdt also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is identified.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 556bdt reserves the right to impose account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming or risk management purposes. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 556bdt account balance instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours to be confirmed. 556bdt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 556bdt within the following timeframes from the time of approval: bKash and Nagad — under 15 minutes; bank transfers — up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before processing any withdrawal, 556bdt may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 556bdt account. 556bdt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your 556bdt account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. 556bdt does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held separately from 556bdt operating funds to provide an additional layer of protection. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy administration fee, which will be communicated to the player in advance.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 556bdt are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
